Want to return your purchase ?

No problems but please bare in mind tyres are inspected thoroughly before we process any claims. if used your return request will be declined. Shipping back and forth will be paid by you which in most cases with tyres can be very expensive so we recommend to ensure you are buying right items. 

If for some reason tyres are faulty we will process a full refund. After all we want happy customers who purchase from Moto Tyres Mosman. 

Credit Card/Debit Card Orders

If you have placed an order with a credit or a debit card we reserve the right to ask for an I.D and a photo of the card used for the transaction, its due to a number of fraudulent transactions being processed in the past using stolen cards. Your documents are simply Attached to your order just as part of the verification process if you do not feel safe or refuse to assist us your order will  immediately be cancelled and you will be requested to not order from us in the future. 

RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All returns MUST be authorised by Moto Tyres  before goods are returned. 

All items returned for refund or exchange must be returned in the original condition with tags attached (unless faulty). Any packaged goods must be returned with the packaging in its original condition or may not be accepted (unless faulty). Please see the list below for things to avoid ensuring your return is accepted. 

Cancellations

Orders that are requested to cancel after they have been picked and packed will incur a $35 cancellation fee. We always encourage our customers to ensure they are ordering what they need before putting an order through. As soon as orders pop up in our system they get action-ed asap for speedy processing. 

FAULTY ITEMS

If you have a faulty item that you would like refunded, repaired or replaced, please contact our customer service team before sending the item back. If emailing regarding a fault, please attach pictures of the fault so the item can be assessed before a return is approved. In cases where a faulty item was received a pre-paid shipping label can be emailed to cover the return costs on the faulty item. Faulty items may be returned outside of the regular returns time frames providing the item is still under warranty. Please contact customer service or the brand directly for warranty periods.
